A simple guide to how we confirm, prepare and coordinate delivery for Italian marble and natural stone orders.

Order confirmation
We confirm slab selection, quantity, finish, thickness, price, delivery location and estimated dispatch timing before an order is finalised.
Delivery timing
Timing depends on slab availability, finishing, order quantity, packing, transport and destination. We share an estimate for each project rather than promising one fixed timeline for every order.
Charges and transport
Delivery charges are calculated according to quantity, slab size and weight, packing, route, unloading requirements and destination. The applicable amount is discussed before confirmation.
Inspection and handling
Marble is a heavy, natural material. Customers should arrange suitable access and safe unloading at the delivery location. Please check the slabs at delivery and tell us promptly about any visible issue.
Pickup and project coordination
Pickup may be arranged where suitable. For larger projects, our team can coordinate slab selection, finishing requirements and dispatch planning with the customer or project representative.
